Refund Policy

At Riva Paun Styling, we value your time and commitment and aim to provide a smooth experience for all bookings.

1. Cancellations by Client

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a styling session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if a booking is canceled within the stated time frame.

• Any deposits paid may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations by Stylist

• In the unlikely event that Riva Paun must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional charge.

4. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
